Track Dates
This year, NESBA is hosting close to 200 events at various racetracks across the country. If you're not a NESBA member, why not jump over to our membership page and become one?
Sign Up Early
Space is limited for every NESBA event. They fill up fast, and we don't overbook. So, to ensure your spot, we advise you to register as far in advance as possible.
You'll receive a confirmation email five days prior to the event.
Rain Policy
If an event is rained out and no one got to ride, you will receive 100% of your track fee as a credit to use for any other NESBA event. This credit is valid for a year.
Cancellations
If you signed up for an event by credit card online, then please cancel online. If you paid by check, call a Member Relations Representative at 1-877-AT-NESBA.
Refund Policy
15 or more days prior to event: Your choice of either a 100% NESBA credit of the track fee, or a refund of 100% of the track fee minus a $5 processing fee.
7-15 days prior the event: 100% of track fee issued as a NESBA credit.
0-7 days prior the event: Sorry, 0% of track fee is returned or credited.
Event Fees
Event fees vary, depending on the track and whether you are registering for the event as member of NESBA. Price indicated is the standard rate charged 15 days prior to an event. Prices in red indicate the cost of the event if you are a non-member. With the exception of Elite Members, a late fee of $20 is added for those registering less than 15 days before an event regardless of membership status.
Elite Membership
Members participating in 12 or more events a year (based on the previous calendar year) will receive an Elite Membership. With this membership, there are no late fees or cancellation penalties, with the exception of the $5 processing fee, after the 12th event.
Discount Pricing Plans
NESBA offers a discount plan for track day purchases:
The Multi-day Discount: Members who sign up for the first day of a multi-day event get each subsequent day at $10 off the regular price.
Prepaid Credit Bonus: Prepaid Credit Bonus: Buy your track credits in advance and get a Credit Bonus of 15%. This budget minded plan gives you increased savings and the flexibility to plan your season as you go. The savings continue to grow when you combine this with the Mult-day discount!
